Change Agent Training

For more than a decade, Brian Elms and team provided fun and highly effective innovation and process improvement trainings for employees throughout the country. More than 12,000 public servants have benefitted from these trainings and made meaningful changes to the way they work, saving millions of dollars through time-saving efficiencies they learned to design and implement themselves. Brian is the former Director of Denver Peak Academy, an internal lean process improvement program.

In 2020, Change Agents Training expanded its offerings from strictly in-person to include online self-paced training to provide safe remote learning opportunities. Since then, more than 2,000 students have completed the training, and the response has been tremendous. This highly interactive lean process improvement training is used around the country.

Places like Miami, Montgomery County, Denver, Chattanooga, and Cook County are already implementing the innovations gained through online training sessions and are rapidly increasing their capacity to do more good for community members.
