Participants must improve one part of a service they currently provide in order to graduate and receive Certification.

Introduction to Innovation Training can be provided as a customized and branded service for the Client with a yearly subscription, or can be done ad hoc. Yearly subscriptions include 4 Change Agents Trainings team-coached cohorts, and access to the Learning Management System for one year for other cohorts managed by the Client.

Participants build scoreboards, create management values, document work processes and practice the 3Cs during this training, which requires about 25-hours of learning time.
